He and President Moon also knelt down next to him for a photo.

It was a lovely ceremony. It was so nice to hear a real President speak as he awarded the medal to a real hero and not some shitstain radio host. Biden made them award ceremony about the recipient, Mr. Puckett, not about himself like some other orange president would have done.
