I do not have any hard feelings about you mentioning Trump. He was the president of the United States. That should mean something. You have two presidents who have opined on this matter, with the third, Biden kind of deflecting.

President Obama highlighted the importance of finding out what those pilots and other people are seeing. He joked, but then seriously said that we do not at this time, have an understanding of what these objects or phenomena are. That is the statement of a man who understands the scientific method and who can note that there is something that needs to be explored, but should not be the subject of rampant speculation. We should in fact, take this seriously. Trump, on the other hand just murders the language on the issue. He speaks like someone for whom English is a foreign language (and I say this not to insult English language learners. Trump is almost aphasic. I totally understand what you were trying to communicate. Because Trump is such a devious fool, if he dismisses something, then there has to be something to it. I get it. I just can't take anything he says seriously one way or another. He offers absolutely NOTHING to any conversation.

If these are classified military aircraft, then there are national security matters, if they are nothing, then we should get an explanation. If they are extraterrestrial, then there is a matter of again, national security and the danger of mass panic, so there needs to be a way of communicating the identity of the objects in a way as to not panic the population. I am just glad that Trump is no longer in office during this time where more systematic exploration may be the order of the day. We saw how Trump handled a pandemic that several other countries were able to manage. I cannot imagine how he would handle the discovery that extraterrestrials are visiting earth.
