Anybody who worked for hire was some kind of altruistic sucker, her giants of men and women drove their own choo choo trains and took orders from no one, which is why her trash is so popular among adolescent males and males who never grew up because money protected them from doing so.

I sincerely hope future generations are a bit wiser and that her oeuvres become bizarre relics, execrably written novels with ridiculous premises, cardboard cutout characters, and an underlying dogma so sociopathic that even 14 year old boys chafing under Mom and Dad's restrictions couldn't possibly take it seriously.

As for the current crop of Objectivist idiots in government, their reaction is entirely predictable: cut off their food, apply the lash, and you'll get some work out of the lazy buggers. Objectivism enshrines the master-slave pardigm, the masters never having to consider the slaves have any right to a POV of their own.
