and very high percentage of the incidents reported are unrelated to the vaccine.

That isn't to say that it should not be investigated. But so far those reports are at the stage the rare clotting disorder associated with the adenovirus vector vaccines were when generic blood clots were reported (in approximately the same number as generic clots were reported in unvaccinated people). This may turn out to be something - as the J&J reports did - OR - it may turn out to be completely coincidental.
