I think it depends on how you count. There's a bunch of names in the complaint, and a bunch of names in the March "letter" to the court.

Far be it from me to argue with some tweet.

But we are talking about the same case:




That's the lead plaintiff - Arnett Thomas - a convicted kidnapper and murderer who spent decades in prison.

Filing lawsuits becomes a hobby for some people in jail, and they file some doozies.
