Some dating back as long as 50 years (Fort Collins, for example).

While drought conditions have improved in areas from Pueblo to the Wyoming border along I-25, the rest of the state is one bright red fire zone. But, of course, a fire can start anywhere.

I don't get why people would risk it. But, setting them off in streets or parking lots right near cars or people's front doors is insane-- as the apparent chosen alternative.
