Making them read the announcement to them. Complaining it wasnt on the website. Telling them to tell their manager to fix it. All information that was widely announced yesterday.
You can be treated politely by a CSR and still be rude. I guarantee they didnt appreciate the call, no matter how nice they were about it.

Never mind the fact that many, if not most, companies hire a third party to handle such.
