In a news search. Except for, interestingly enough, Billboard, an entertainment site. Like Faux claims to be in the civil court room.
But, those were all popularly elected Presidents. There needs to be some additional bonus to the honor of serving a popular majority.

I have noticed, more and more, (at least on the news I watch) they refer to him as just "Trump."
