A quick Google turned up a web page for what looks like a fake business. There's a phone number, and the reverse look-up links it to a woman currently going by the name "Lynnette Cobb." She has gone by multiple other names. This has got to be some sort of scam to harvest information. If someone wants to complain, I recommend they contact the TV station that aired this thing, and not the number on the web page.
