At least Democrats have gotten over their pre-Reagan-era fixation on things like community mental health services. Instead, we let these things fester and result in undesirable consequences, which then provides a reason to go after them while feeling morally superior about it.
We're on a glide path back to dressing them funny in public and throwing things at them.
He may be clinically stupid, but we had to quit using terms like "idiot" and "moron" in the clinical sense. We quit sterilizing them too.
