The first time he represented a client in Court, they were standing before the judge going through routine questions.
The judge asked if he had ever been convicted of a felony, to which he replied, “No Sir, this will be my first.”
When the judge asked how he intended to plead, his attorney said, “Well, now I guess we better plead Guilty.”
