I can't agree with you. Let's see how it plays out and if you're right, I'll admit it. Give it six months after he's been in office.
But from lobbying work on behalf of my teachers' union, I know many of these legislators and have for many years. That is why I am taking the position I expressed in my previous post.
And even if I didn't know any of them, my knowledge of interpersonal communication and group dynamics, which I have taught in NJ institutions of higher education for 30 years, tells me that Durr is not going to be maneuvering himself into a position of power.
It's not a matter of political pressure, and even if it was, there isn't enough of a trumper base in the assembly or Senate with which he can align.
