9. Board Chairman Ron Bloom has to go first. His term is up Dec. 8.

He, a Trump appointee and loyal to DeJoy (he said he's "tickled pink" at DeJoy's performance) is currently serving a "HOLDOVER" term of one year. Up Dec. 8. He previously was serving the remainder of a term that was vacated by someone else. So this HOLDOVER YEAR is his second term and the law specifies that a member may not serve more than two terms.

He is so cozy with DeJoy that DeJoy invested $300,000 in his financial investment company!

Either or both of them could have been removed "FOR CAUSE" (corruption) but that has not happened.

When Bloom is gone, Biden will fill that seat as well. And then the majority of the board will be Dem-appointed.

So yes, help is on the way unless Biden grants Bloom another HOLDOVER term.

I'd like to know this. Why isn't there a postal carrier or clerk on the Board of Governors? Why are they all fat cats and senior executives of this and that?
