15. I have an interesting tale...when I lived in Connecticut some years ago. There were

a series of rapes went on where the perpetrator said he was a cop and put women in the back of his car and raped them...everyone thought it was a fake cop. I was driving home late one night when I heard a siren...sure enough, I was about to be pulled over...I was a bit nervous and when the policeman peered into my window, I breathed a sigh of relief, I knew him...went to high school with his sister...so he was quite stern, and when I addressed him by name, he looked confused. 'I was in school with your sister', I said. Then he remembered me. We had a nice chat about the old days and he told me to slow down and I left. Maybe three weeks later the brother of my high school friend was arrested for the police rapes...if he hadn't known me, I expect it would have been a very different outcome for me. I have chills to this day when I think about it.
