Spreads much faster in bronchi than Delta but 10x slower in lungs. So less chance of “cytokine Storm” of body’s immune system, also more time for body to catch up and kill virus in lungs.

So time will tell. With the omicron virus being SO much more contagious it’s still going to cause a lot of death, but largely in unvaccinated.

Can’t wait for Pfizer’s antiviral to be widely available. So those of us vaccinated that get breakthrough have another weapon against this d*mn virus. Also for those with weakened immune systems.

Call me cold and uncaring but I read that the first to get the limited supplies of antiviral will be high risk and UNVACCINATED. Screw that! High risk, yes. Unvaccinated, go to the back of the line.
