4. Election loser

This would sink the economy. Ruin tourism. Worsen supply chain problems. People going to work over the borders. It's interrupting free travel. And lots of other stuff.

Mist of the antivax are republicans, but not all. There's many democrats and independents going without the vax. The black population has one of the lowest vax rates.

It would be very bad to do this.
