She has been front and center in working with and trusting President Biden, negotiating even with Manchin to wheedle out as much of the original BBB program/policy possible after the first rejection. She doesn't give up or retreat to acrimonious warfare (which would be the easy route under the circumstances) but keeps on pushing for the best result under the current environment.

It appears that if anyone can woo Manchin, Pramila Jayapal could be that person.

I salute her for her continuing efforts on behalf of the American public.
