about Russia-EU relations is the fact that Putin has surrounded a non-threatening country with invasion strength troops and equipment, including MASH hospitals to care for their wounded. And, he's parked a flotilla up next to the undersea cables. What else do I need to know?

There's no use pretending that this isn't happening.
