You have 2 streams of applicants flowing:

1. Applicants for leadership positions to assist in formulating and finalizing policy.
2. Applicants that will actually carry out that policy. The 'worker' bees, the camp guards (think Auschwitz).

The right will continue pushing things further and further in efforts to see just where the line is that their followers will not cross. My guess is that they still have a lot of room to work with. This evil we see has not yet revealed its complete self.
