20. It's not really stress that bothers me, it's the overwhelming sense of helplessness.

So, after years of dealing in super stressed out situations, I have gained much insight and experience on how to deal with it.

I start talking an awful lot to my 2 best friends:
Jack Daniels and Marry Wanna.
What one can't cure, the other one can.
And if not, by late at night, I no longer care.

There are always ways to deal with life's little ups and downs, like getting off of the roller coaster, stepping out of the elevator, or stop riding the escalator.
But, other than, it's just the way it is.
Life is funny like that.
It's a bitch, and then you die.
