I thought the gist was that he wasn't an outlier as a privileged cheating scofflaw who doesn't think he needs a valid license to drive and that he can participate in an insurrection against the government who signs his paychecks and then act like nothing happened. But yeah, this other stuff about Ukraine makes total sense.
