Many (perhaps most) say "it is not our fight, we should not be aiding either side". I think that is moral weakness. But the split between Putinistas and Putin haters is very wide.
The Putinistas are rather nonsensensical, deluded, and completely bought into the "Ukes are nazis and Putin is fully justified" line.
The Putin haters interestingly have some very perceptive points and dig up some fascinating analysis (such as tlozo's posts).
A few selections for entertainment: NorseViking is particularly deeply deluded, or is a Russian troll (I think the former). The user Greetings_Puny_Humans is the most effective at knocking the Putinists.
This is not a negative turning point for Putin. Quite the
contrary. Putin will be more popular than ever and have a better world
standing than say, the illegitimate resident Biden or Trudeau or
Macron or Scholz end even mask and shutdown vacillating Boris Johnson.

The other problem with your bullshit is that it would require the
Ukrainians to kill 500+ civilians and dig mass graves in less than 24
hours in order to post atrocity photos and videos, and this without
any evidence or outcry from civilians who had been occupied for three
weeks by Russians.
