all the Repugs that were in on that call and didn't follow through with bringing TFG down - subject to this Amendment?

They basically backed down on holding TFG accountable and fell in line with the 'Big Lie' and the insurrection and the coup. Aren't they all accessories to this?

Upon An Edit:

If all the Repugs in on that call are accessories - and based on this 14th amendment - then wouldn't this MTG thing today - be a precedent setting outcome if she is found not fit to run in the future. Wouldn't that outcome effect all the Repugs that buckled under and didn't hold TFG accountable - and in the end supported TFG and his 'Big Lie'?
