Whose unemployment compensation claims were denied because Smith, a Native American, used peyote in a Native American religious ritual, and was fired for violating the law.

That case stands for the proposition that a generally applicable law, not targeting the practices of a specific religion, is enforceable even though it intereferes with the free exercise of religion.

(Not to mention that it isn't the supreme court which establishes a right to the free exercise of religion - it is the constitution)
