He will be disbarred -- he knowingly participated in a crime, or at a minimum, an election fraud.

IMO, the ruling by Judge Carter is the beginning of the end. Any atty involved with the knowing misrepresentations as to the alleged "voter fraud" that took 2020 away from tRump and, further, who is an atty, is in deep shit. Someone, IMO, to save his/her ticket is going to tell all. I don't think it will work with most state bars, but a Hail Mary with charges like this? Someone will try.

It may not be the very end, but it sure is the beginning IMO when a Federal judge uses the "crime-fraud" exception. That means that the lawyer AND the client were involved in order to find that exception to the atty-client privilege.
