I said the same thing a couple of weeks ago and got push back.

The longer the war drags on, the more Ukraine is depleting the Russian military for the US.
Our aid is not just for the purpose of defending Ukraine but to damage Russia and its military.

And yes the war has damaged China's confidence and aggressive plans for domination of the Pacific,
at least in the short term. Has given the US some breathing space and time to become more prepared
for what lies ahead.
