(I think that's where Pres Jeb Bartlet, The West Wing, sent Ross Kassenbach, a member of the Federal Election Commission until President Jed Bartlet, gaining an chance to mandate campaign finance reform, arranged for him to be taken off the position and be named the United States Ambassador to Micronesia. He was reportedly elated to be named as an Ambassador.)
