First, you should subscribe to the Photo Group. Here's the link: https://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=forum&id=1036

You hit the large orange rectangle to the right of the name of the group in the top left of the page.

Then, every time that orange rectangle lights up, click it and see what's going on. The announcements for each month's photo contest normally show up very near the start of each month.

There are pinned posts at the top of the Group's page that show how to post a photo, if you don't already know how to do that.

We do run the contests in General Discussion.
