Rule against perpetuities
The rule against perpetuities is a legal rule in the common law that prevents people from using legal instruments to exert control over the ownership of private property for a time long beyond the lives of people living at the time the instrument was written.
Rule is contract time max. is that of persons living, plus 21 years.
This clause found a loophole
not sure a court would uphold this
seems to not be in the spirit of the law.
