33. Yeah, a law nullifying Disney's contract could pass in Florida's legislature

But the Florida Supreme Court may stop the legislation as an ex post facto law.

Most all ex post facto laws are expressly forbidden by the United States Constitution in Article 1, Section 9, Clause 3 (with respect to federal laws) and Article 1, Section 10 (with respect to state laws).

So Disney would probably win in the Supreme Court, state and even federal.
