the authorities aren't always right. But at the same time, when they are right and someone decides to disobey their orders, more people can die. It all depends on the situation. The authorities tell people in Yellowstone to stay away from the Bison. Good advice. Authorities on planes tell the passengers to stay seated and put their seatbelts on. Good advice.
