Joe Biden Retakes Lead from Donald Trump in Latest National 2024 Poll [View all]

President Joe Biden has retaken the lead against his presumptuous 2024 Republican challenger Donald Trump in a new survey.

A Morning Consult Poll released Tuesday showed that Biden with a narrow 43 to 42 percent lead over Trump in a hypothetical 2024 race, with 11 percent of respondents stating they would vote for "someone else" and 5 percent still undecided.

The latest poll of 6,527 registered voters was conducted between November 24 and 26, and arrives after a previous Morning Consult survey conducted between November 18 and 20 revealed Biden was trailing Trump by four points when people were asked who they would vote for in the 2024 race. The four-point lead Biden has managed to claw back from Trump in a matter of days was the largest deficit recorded for the president since Morning Consult began its daily tracking of the White House race in December 2022.

It is damaging, but only half as bad in terms of net impact of a straight to Trump defection. Celerity Dec 2 #14

More like this: 100 eligible voters, 33 for Biden, 31 for Trump (from the 2020 election); What about the non-voters? TheRickles Dec 2 #28
Oh, for sure I absolutely agree on that. Celerity Dec 3 #35
The 11% who said they would vote for someone else are just as bad as those who will vote for trump. Also, as far as JohnSJ Dec 2 #4
