... in Iowa if you hit a deer, you're allowed to field dress it in the ditch as long as the viscera is buried in the snow. The law enforcement officer on scene will even help you get it into the trunk or back of the pickup and it doesn't count on one's deer ticket.

In Ohio - do NOT run over a deer or touch it on the shoulder. You will get a serious ticket. The Sheriffs and Ohio State patrol take fresh carcasses to county homes, hospitals and jails.

But what is 'sime'??
