After all, if there had been no Brown vs Board Education, it's highly unlikely that Loving vs Virginia would've been affirmatively decided.

I've already come to conclusion that Alito may be experiencing some marital discord over his wife crying during his confirmation to the highest court in the land combined with him throwing her under the bus over flying the Stars and Stripes as if it were the Stripes and Stars.
