..Drs. should show them brief videos of what recipients look like in natural situations with said surgical interventions, such as speaking, laughing, eating, etc. I'm guessing they spend a lot of time staring at static images of themselves in the mirror, and don't anticipate what the surgery will look like in motion.

It is unsettling to watch their faces move so unnaturally.
