his family is a loving and caring family who has suffered a number of tragedies. Given he is a recovering addict and has been for several years, plus I believe the prosecution had no witnesses who could swear he was using drugs when he filled out that form.

I think some of us were hoping, as unrealistic as it may have been, he would not be found guilty. I'm sure his family does not feel it's an LOL matter.
