Sotomayor is wrong on simple fact. A machinegun is defined by a single trigger function. A bump stock cause multiple trigger functions rapidly.
The law needs to be updated so the definition includes the way bump stocks function.

The problem is the letter of law says they aren't by the exact definition of the statute
