(769 posts)14. Every other month there's a Twitter-based "strike" for Palestine.
Many of them actually encourage people to stop going to school, work, etc. in the name of Palestine, so… while they aren't nearly as effective as they think they are, don't write it off as a possibility.

Whenever I or my friends would protest in the 60s and early to mid 70s, we protested WAR and HATE.
