but the ballot access argument is nearly totally invalid, IMHO. Yeah, Republicans can sue--- they are good at filing lawsuits, but not very good with the outcomes--- some of which have been that their lawyers were disbarred, LMAO

As far as the funds go, it appears that VP Harris would have access to those funds, as she is a part of that candidate committee-- but no other alternate candidate would be able to get them-- they would have to start from scratch.

Again, I am not in any sense making any argument that President Biden should step down or be replaced on the ticket-- I support him vehemently.... but I am pointing out an argument which seems to be completely false. There are more than enough arguments against replacing President Biden as the Democratic nominee, without making arguments which are false. This is a "fact-based community".
