Al Franken and Franni are also friends of mine.

I have a sweet picture I took of him at a Fundraiser in Rochester in 2007 after he announced his candidacy for the US Senate. he is holding a 7 month old baby girl, dancing with her and entertaining her in his Stuart Smalley voice. I remembered the smile she had on her little face and giggling at the funny man. I knew it right there, Al would make a great Grandpa when the time came.
