...IF she made the Fox debate CONDITIONAL on his doing ABC first (NOT suggesting she SHOULD)...WOULD he agree to it, with the understanding that if he blew off ABC, Fox would AUTOMATICALLY be canceled?

Because it's facing her on ABC, without a hand-picked MAGAt audience, that has him terrified.
