I was in tears watching Gus last night, especially the moment when I could read his lips saying "THAT'S MY DAD!"

I felt sick though, instantly recognizing that he had some sort of condition ( I put myself through college as a lifeguard and gave swimming lessons to groups of kids, please forgive me for not knowing the current nomenclature, this was in early 1970s) who were described as "spastic", (cerebral palsy?) although I don't think this is Gus's condition.

But I wanted to puke as my mind instantly flashed on TFG mocking this beautiful boy.

I can't hate TFG enough, it's a tsunami of disgust that rises up in me daily.
