This operation had been planned for months and you don't do anything of this magnitude in an authoritarian state without the dictator of the nation knowing, and if Orban knew, I believe there is a strong possibility that "shadow diplomat" Kushner and/or *rump knew.

Jared Kushner received Hungary's Order of Merit medal on Thursday night in recognition of his work in strengthening relations between Hungary and the US, Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó announced on Thursday.
