Bill Maher says Kamala Harris should "shut up about Israel" and is "full of shit".

25. Here's what he actually said on RT, as quoted in the article:

“Here’s what Kamala Harris said this week about what we should do when the war is over,” Maher began, quoting: “No reoccupation of Gaza, no changing of the territorial lines of Gaza, and an ability to have security in the region for all concerned in a way that we create stability.”

“I feel like if that’s what you have to say, don’t say anything. Just shut up,” he said.

“I mean, everybody who talks about Israel these days is just so full of shit.” Maher continued. “None of us want children to die. None of us want this war to go on, but it’s not addressing what the problem is.”

“People keep saying Israel has the right to defend itself, and then whatever Israel does, they object to it,” he said.

Note that he didn't say Harris is "full of shit". That was "everybody who talks about Israel these days".

A good thing about Real Time is that when Maher says some BS, there are panel members who usually push back immediately. This is essentially criticizing Harris' anodyne statement - which the VPOTUS has to make, even as a candidate. She essentially said nothing - that's what politicians do when saying something would only make the situation worse.

Having argued about 10/7 and Hamas and Netanyahu and Ben-Gvir and Settlers and Gaza and Hezbollah and Iran for a solid year on DU, he's not wrong: everyone is pretty much full of shit.
