This video explains how the congressional swing district polls of not only the congressional candidates but Harris vs. Trump. It makes so much common sense. A district is a much smaller voter base yet has approximately the same amount of polling respondents. That would make these swing districts more accurate. Harris is doing exceptionally well in these districts.
