The Carter Center has got it down to just 14 cases in 2023. (Down from ~3.5 million in 1986) And just 7 cases so far in 2024.

I am so grateful he got his wish and was able to vote. Rosalyn is proud of him, as are we all. Yay, Jimmy Carter.

Fortunately, Georgia does not have a statute that rescinds a vote should an absentee voter pass before election day
