9. Had the great pleasure of helping him with a computer problem a few years ago.

I showed him how to backup his own laptop after he'd suffered a data loss.

He understood, and I felt I'd made a tiny contribution to his comfort using such devices.

We couldn't help him with his data, but the recovery firm to whom we directed him did it for some autographs.

A very nice gentleman. Sharp.
