(8,651 posts)18. I feel reasonably sure $35 was part of Inflation Reduction Act, so Congress would have to do that.
Could be wrong, but dont think Congress will remove cap (other than maybe inflation increase). Lots of GOPers have diabetes. They might rescind aspects of IRA and rename it to honor trump, but think cap is safe. But I am often wrong.

Only if studies don't continue. trump rescinded a bunch of executive orders, and we did too in 2021.
