where he was beaten up.

Banner was typecast as a German Soldier and was discouraged because of it. His family told him they were okay with it because he was an actor and it didn't make him a Nazi.

Kemperer agreed to do Hogan's Heroes but only if it made the Germans look stupid. His passion was classical music which he acquired honestly. He would guest conduct with our Pops orchestra once In.a while.
