They get arrested - they get booked - they get released.
For their arrests in front of SCOTUS a couple of years ago - they were released at the site after being ticketed.
Even were the DC government not friendly to democrats in general and sympathetic to their cause... this type of "trespassing" is awfully low-level. The main goal is to remove the offenders from the property. Not incarceration.

Call the police, have them deal w/ the guy (and they will in a few short seconds), and arrest his sorry a&&.
